Health and Safety policy

1. SUMMARY OF POLICY STATEMENT

Having regard for the Company's written assessment of the work related risks identified in the delivery of on-site management training, the aim of the Health and Safety Policy is, so far as is reasonably practicable, to:

i)  Secure the health, safety and welfare of their employees during the operations of the Company.
ii)  Protect people other than employees at work against risks to their health and safety arising out of the organisation's activities.
iii)  Provide safe working conditions for employees, associates and candidates, and ensuring that any undertaking is carried out, as far as is reasonably practicable, without risks.
iv)  Should employees, associates or candidates wish to discuss the Company's Health and Safety policy, they may approach the senior management.

2.  The Directors have the prime responsibility for health and safety matters within the company and are available to receive suggestions under iv (above). In addition employees must co-operate with their employer so far as is necessary to enable the fulfilment of any requirements imposed upon the company by legislation.

3.  Our policy will be reviewed annually or when appropriate, and the changes will be brought to the attention of all employees and associates.

Quality policy

The Company is involved in the on-site delivery of bespoke management training in order to achieve positive organisational development, and it's commitment to quality is contained within the following statements.

The Company will;

i)  Be responsible for establishing all necessary quality assurance systems to ensure that requirements of the necessary specifications are met, and that the products and service provided are at a level acceptable to clients.
ii)  Require all employees and associates to comply with all procedures which have a bearing on their function, responsibilities and activities.
iii)  Continue to develop its quality management system as a means of both improving the efficiency of it's operation, and enhancing it's reputation for quality and reliability.
v)  Ensure that all employees and associates understand this quality policy by means of specific training programmes.
vi)  Regard this quality policy as mandatory on all employees.

Environmental policy

1.  SUMMARY OF POLICY STATEMENT

Organisation Development Ltd believe that businesses are responsible for achieving good environmental practice and operating in a sustainable manner.  We are therefore committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy and operating methods.

2.  It is our priority to encourage our customers and all business associates to do the same.  Not only is this sound commercial sense for all; it is also a matter of delivering on our duty of care towards future generations.

3.  Our policy is to;

i)  Wholly support and comply with or exceed the requirements of current environmental legislation and codes of practice.
ii)  Minimise our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as possible.
iii)  Minimise energy usage in order to conserve supplies, and minimise our consumption of natural resources, especially where they are non-renewable.
iv)  Operate and maintain company vehicles (where appropriate) with due regard to environmental issues as far as reasonably practical and encourage the use of alternative means of transport and car sharing as appropriate.
v)  Apply the principles of continuous improvement and reduce any impacts from our operations on the environment and local community.
vi)  As far as possible purchase products and services that do the least damage to the environment and encourage others to do the same.
vii)  Assess the environmental impact of any new processes we intend to introduce in advance.
